Production methods:
1) For miniature steel balls or small quantity- processing in small cycle
2) For precision balls with large quantity- processing in big cycle
3) For precision balls in fisrt lapping and second lapping with small quantity- processing on panel with muti grooves
4) For large steel balls- processing on panel with one groove
5) For steel balls with diameter over 200mm- processing one by one

Involved processes:
1) Diameter betwween 28mm to 50mm
Heating- Hot Heading/ Hot Rolling- Annealing- Flashing- Heattreatment- Grinding- Find Grinding- First Lapping- Second Lapping
2) Grinding Steel BallDiameter betwween 50mm to 80mm
Heating- Hot Cutting- Heating- Hot Heading-Annealing- Refining Surface- Flashing- Heattreatment- Grinding- Find Grinding- First Lapping- Second Lapping
3) Grinding Steel Ball Diameter over 80mm grinding ball
Heating- Hot Heading/Forging- Annealing- Refining Surface- Soft Grinding- Heattreatment- Grinding- Find Grinding
